Limited edition gatefold package (5,000 copies worldwide) also includes a bonus 12" EP with a new 33rpm Carvalho/Nino-Hernes master of The Stability E.P. and an 11.5" 12-page booklet and separate insert containing - for the first time in full size - all the photos from the original first-pressing 2001 double-CD artwork. Limited-time MP3 download has both releases, plus all the digital-only bonus tracks.
